Un comentariu pentru cei din Timisoara.....

COMENTARII..... pe siteul CS AQUASPORT, Timisorei

….si eu vreau sa-l felicit pe Sabin si pe cei care-l inconjoara; numai faptul de a reda pe blog atat de amplu, aceasta activitate, poate fi considerat o buna reusita fara a mai vb. ds. rezultate, care se par a fi cert promitatoare; din graficul pregatirii si corespunzator performantele sale, se pare ca Liviu Caba este o promisiune de viitor.....; cred ca pericolele care pot aparea in evolutia sa stagiala ar putea fi preintampinate de antrenori atat de priceputi si entuziasti cu rezulta clar ca sunteti voi… dar sa stiti ca ‘pericolele’ SUNT….. si aceleas pericole se ivesc la toti si la toate cluburile, sa zicem, din lume – unele cluburi au in vedere aceste posibile ‘pericole’ si aplica o strategie care le permite sa aiba rezerve de viitori performeri… sa zicem ‘cate 10 X – Liviu Caba’ la fiecare grupa de varsta, stiind ca daca, printr-un ghinion nefericit ‘eroul’ clacheaza, in locul lui pot aparea usor altii…;

Concluzia: stimati antrenori, mariti efectivele[!]

By Sabin on 16 mai 2009

michael phelps
Vezi in video:

-”The “female Phelps” is not an appropriate description for Katie Hoff. Hoff is actually a better distance swimmer relative to her peers than Phelps. Like Phelps she dropped huge amounts of time at a young age to qualify for the Olympics at her first trials. Since then she has expanded beyond the 400 IM into distance freestyle and backstroke. She was coached by Paul Yetter at North Baltimore Aquatic Club but now swims with Bob Bowman.”

Dear Swim Parent,

5 a.m. practices. Carpools. Hard bleachers. Pasta parties.

As the parent of a swimmer, you know what it takes to build a champion.

Whether you’re cheering on victories, drying tears, or chaperoning the team bus trip, you support your kids because you understand the many benefits of swimming—long after the goggle marks wear off. Kids who swim are more likely to be healthy, have positive self-esteem, and make friends. They’re apt to excel in school, at work, and in life.

The USA Swimming Foundation was created in 2004 to strengthen our sport by saving lives and building champions. Whether we’re equipping our children with the life-saving skill of learn-to-swim, or providing financial support to our heroes on the U.S. National Team, the USA Swimming Foundation aims to provide the wonderful experience of swimming to kids at all levels across the country.

Over the past 4 years, we have provided scholarships to more than 31,000 children nationwide, allowing them the opportunity to become part of the sport that we all love. Your gift to the USA Swimming Foundation will extend that support even further, to families all across the country—allowing us to fund our athletes from grassroots to gold medals.

Please make a gift today, and together we can share the lifelong benefits of swimming with even more kids.

Thank you.
In partnership,

Debbie Hesse
Executive Director
USA Swimming Foundation

P.S. You can make a difference. Donate now, and help us strengthen our sport for future generations.

Introducing USA Swimming’s Deck Pass October 25, 2011

Swimming has long been a sport about achievements. Now, with the launch of USA Swimming’s “Deck Pass”™, a new online and mobile application, swimmers can easily connect with one another and share their achievements with other members of the swimming community.

Deck Pass™ is an innovative digital application that lets swimmers track their best times, set goals and earn digital patches for their a ccomplishments in the pool. It’s easy, free to use and is designed to let swimmers capture what they’re accomplishing in the water online and then share with their friends and family. Users can access Deck Pass™ online or via a free mobile a

pplication.

Deck Pass™ users can choose to connect their accounts with Facebook to share their swimming milestones with their friends and family. The program is also a great motivational tool that is designed to help guide to swimmers to achievements both in and out of the water. For example, if a swimmer swims a best time at a recent meet, they will automatically earn a digital patch celebrating their achievement.

While Deck Pass™ times updates are automatic for USA Swimming members, the application can be used by anyone. Whether you’re a recreational swimmer, a club swimmer or even a coach, Deck Pass™ has something for everyone!

For more information go to usaswimming.org/DeckPass

Forward to a friend ............

=====================
