Acest mesaj este adresat tuturor celor care utilizează
" FACEBOOK " sau doresc să-l utilizeze.

FACEBOOK este o CAPCANĂ !
Acest sistem nu a fost creat doar pentru PLĂCEREA DVS; numai cei naivi
pot crede asta !
O mică reamintire. Este totdeauna bine de ştiut !


În spatele FACEBOOK se află o imensă afacere, pentru care materia
primă o constituie chiar VIAŢA DVS !
Mesajul care urmează este un avertisment referitor la FACEBOOK.
Este bine să fiţi în cunoştinţă de cauză.


FACEBOOK  este cea mai mare reţea de "socializare" din lume, având
peste 300 de milioane (in anul 2011, peste 700 de milioane) de
utilizatori înregistraţi. Peste tot se tinde ca FACEBOOK să fie
utilizat conform legilor locale ale fiecărei ţări, or în realitate
FACEBOOK este o societate californiană care funcţionează după
legislaţia Californiei (diferită chiar şi de cea americană). Aceasta
înseamnă că tot ceea ce dvs plasaţi pe FACEBOOK va fi arhivat în mod
LEGAL într-o bază de date enormă (fotografii, clipuri, conversaţii,
discuţii, documente, texte etc.) şi păstrat acolo chiar dacă dvs le
ştergeţi !
Şi, încă o dată, procedând astfel FACEBOOK este în perfectă legalitate !
De altfel, toţi utilizatorii FACEBOOK şi-au dat acordul pentru ca
datele lor personale să fie înregistrate, conservate şi utilizate în
orice scop. Vă surprinde? Şi dvs, înainte de a utiliza FACEBOOK vi se
cere un clic pe "accept condiţiile", şi ca de obicei nu le citiţi cu
atenţie...

Este ştiut că FACEBOOK este un site gratuit. Mă veţi întreba: de unde
ia FACEBOOK banii pe care îi consumă pentru remunerarea celor angajaţi
sau a colaboratorilor, pentru plata brevetelor pe care le
înregistrează etc. Răspunsul este simplu: actualmente un număr foarte
mare de firme cumpără dreptul de a consulta arhivele FACEBOOK, de unde
pot obţine date care îi interesează. Chiar şi serviciile de apărare
sau poliţia apelează la această arhivă în cursul anchetelor pe care le
întreprind.
Fiţi atenţi !  Greşelile dvs de tinereţe nu trebuie să devină
imposibil de şters !

Evitaţi orice fel de poze compromiţătoare (cu alcool, ţigarete,
droguri, fotografii tendenţioase, intime, vulgare etc.), insulte (căci
acestea pot servi ca probe în justiţie), informaţii / date personale
sau private, chiar în relaţiile cu prieteni apropiaţi... "Prietenii de
azi pot deveni duşmanii de mâine".
Şi toate acestea sunt valabile şi pentru documente ale prietenilor:
mulţi adolescenţi pun pe FACEBOOK poze de-ale prietenilor în ideea că
aceştia nu vor fi deranjaţi, chiar dacă unii sunt minori şi ar avea
nevoie de acordul părinţilor...

Cereţi totdeauna consimţământul persoanei a cărei poză o postaţi pe FACEBOOK

Nimeni nu poate invoca necunoaşterea legii, nu puteţi spune în
instanţă "nu am ştiut" !

În concluzie, folosiţi cum doriţi aceste informaţii.
Cel puţin sunteţi prevenit(a) !
De altfel, se poate pune şi întrebarea de principiu în legătură cu FACEBOOK:
La ce foloseşte o asemenea exhibare a vieţii private?

    A. De fiecare data cand trimiteti un email la mai mult de 1 (un)
destinatar, folositi modul BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). Modul BCC face ca
lista destinatarilor SA NU APARA in continutul mesajului. 

B. Atunci cand dati un FORWARD (redirectionare) pe un mesaj, dedicati
doar cateva secunde pentru A STERGE TOATE ADRESELE ce provin din
emailul anterior. 

C. TOATE emailuri de genul: "Salvati saraca fetita
bolnava de cancer?" care va cer sa faceti un FORWARD (redirectionare)
sunt O MINCIUNA! Stergeti-le! Atentie: unele dintre ele sunt virusate
sau contin alte surprize nedorite. NICIO COMPANIE (ca MICROSOFT, de
exemplu) nu doneaza bani pentru redirectionarea acestor mesaje.
NICIODATA SI NIMENI nu o face!
