Comment: se pare ca Brent se apropie in practica sa, de conceptul BEST; el pare ca vrea sa creasca viteza si sa scada numarul de vasliri / apre 'ecva' cunoscut, nu ?
Ma bucura foarte mult ca iata mai este cineva care gandeste ca mine; este adevarat ca eu am formulat conceptul BEST in 1983, Rev. EFS, nr. 3 iar in anii'90 am relationat formula BEST cu IPA / Indicele Personal de Alunecare, indice care, individual luat, ofera o valoare constanta cu care se poate aprecia matematic eficienta [+ valaorea tehnicii], la un moment dat; inca odata felicitari lui Brent. 
Mi-aduc aminte ca in 1989, am trimis in plic lucrarea la secetariatul Congresului International ds. Stiinta in Sport/ Colorado Spring, USA.... probabil 'cortina de fier' a fost mai tare decat plicul meu...., se mai intampla !
