Leave your good luck messages for Glasgow
With just one day before the Glasgow 2014 Opening Ceremony, Team
Englands top swimmers and divers are ready and waiting to take to the
stage at this years Commonwealth Games. The athletes know they wouldn't
be where they are without the support of their family, friends and clubs
so why not leave your personalised good luck message for your favourite
swimmer. We'll pass them on and you never know, your message could be
the extra bit of inspiration that helps them bring back gold.

Live Streaming from ASA Nationals
As well as live text updates from the Age Group and Youth
Open Water Champs, there will be free live video streaming of every
session from the National Age Groups and National Youth, MC and Open
Champs.

Ones to Watch in Sheffield
There are nearly 2000 competitors in action in Sheffield but
