Dear Swim Parent,
5 a.m. practices. Carpools. Hard bleachers. Pasta parties.
As the parent of a swimmer, you know what it takes to build a champion.
Whether you’re cheering on victories, drying tears, or chaperoning the team bus trip, you support your kids because you understand the many benefits of swimming—long after the goggle marks wear off. Kids who swim are more likely to be healthy, have positive self-esteem, and make friends. They’re apt to excel in school, at work, and in life.
The USA Swimming Foundation was created in 2004 to strengthen our sport by saving lives and building champions. Whether we’re equipping our children with the life-saving skill of learn-to-swim, or providing financial support to our heroes on the U.S. National Team, the USA Swimming Foundation aims to provide the wonderful experience of swimming to kids at all levels across the country.
Over the past 4 years, we have provided scholarships to more than 31,000 children nationwide, allowing them the opportunity to become part of the sport that we all love. Your gift to the USA Swimming Foundation will extend that support even further, to families all across the country—allowing us to fund our athletes from grassroots to gold medals.
Please make a gift today, and together we can share the lifelong benefits of swimming with even more kids.
Thank you.
In partnership,
Debbie Hesse
