Asa se scria ds. inot in urma cu cca 40 de ani.....04

In debut: am ales un grafic care arata cum am descoperit eu 'strategia de efort' in probele de 200m., a vestitelor inotatoare din ex-DDR. Adevarul este ca acest grafic se aplica, de regula, doar la fete, la baieti graficul arata mai liniar, intermediarele sunt 'mai egale' intre ele;

La fetele din ex-DDR, graficul poate fi 'citit' daca intorci palma in 'supinatie' [aici am gresit termenul scriind 'pronatie'] si urmarind lungimea naturala a fiecarui deget din cele 4 ... se observa ca:

primul bazin, fiind cu start si organismul odihnit - timpul este cel mai bun;
al 2-lea bazin, in care intra si intoarcerea este corespunzator mai slab
al 3-lea bazin, este, parca, in mod voit, inotat cu rezerve..., iar
al 4-lea bazin tinde sa fie egal sau chiar sa depaseasca intermediarul al 2-lea !!!

Spre deosebire de aceste nemtzoaice, alte concurente, din 'restul lumii' [mai putin cateva din USA] inotau de parca degetul al 3-lea ar fi fost mai scurt iar al 4-lea cel mai lung...., fapt ce 'trada' o pregatire de concurs precara sau chiar la intamplare; asa era pe atunci...

la cel din stanga am incercat, folosind relatia intre parametrii Forta si Numar de vasliri, sa fac o raportarea la rezultanta alegerii in cadrul unei lectii de antrenament a celor 4 forme descrise anterior la capitolul- 'desvoltarea rezistentei'; ceea ce m-a frapat a fost fapul ca distanta de 200m se afla in mijlocul numeroaselor variante generate de metodele traditionale de antrenament - deci distanta de 200m ar trebui sa fie predilect aleasa pentru a lucra diferite forme sau metode de antrenament.
In tabela 21, din dreapta, pornind de la modelul graficului de efort remarcat la inotatoarele din ex-DDR, am scalat acest raport, dintre intensitatile celor 4 lungimi, pornind de la valoare maxima [cea data de recordul mondial de atunci] pana la valorile cele mai mici [care corespund gradului mic de efort destinat stagiile de debut in pregatire]; astfel, se poate, chiar la copii incepatori, sa folosim repetari cu distanta de 200m in formula data de graficul recordului mondial, evident la valoare capacitatii de efort scazuta la aceste grupe de inotatori incepatori - vom obisnuit de timpuriu incepatorul ca inotand intr-un tempo lejer - dar mereu acelasi...., la a 4 lungime de bazin, deci pe fond de oarecare oboseala, el sa 'sprinteze' catre maximul sau personal, la acea etapa, la acel stagiu. In acest fel, vom sti mereu ca nu suprasolicitam capacitatea de efort al micului inotator si el va creste in Rezistenta si in Experienta de antrenamet sau de concurs.

Acum si la probele de fete se remarca o egalizare intre intermediare, de parca ar fi 'barbate'..., iar valoarea performantelor a crescut considerabil [asta si datorita tehnologizarii extra a costumelor de concurs, a medicatiei si a stiintei pregatirii sportive in sine]

Urmatorul grup de 25 pg., are in vedere descrierea principalelor elemente care definesc activitatea generala de pregatire. Graficul decupat are menirea de a va orienta asupra incercarii mele de a prezenta, intr-un mod cat mai simplu si la-ndemana acest fenomen care iata se intinde pe durata intregii copilarii si a junioratului catre varsta adulta, adica cca 10-15 ani.

In grafic am introdus toate elementele care depind de EFORT, toate cu o dozare dorita a fi 'ca la matematica' si care sa-l faca pe antrenorul-cititor sa-si estimeze ceea ce va urma sau unde a ajuns sau trebuie sa ajunga cu pregatirea sportivilor sai. Cine are timp si rabdare poate 'sa-l citeasca' si sa faca deductii sau rationamente pertinente si va vedea cum aproape toate elementele activitatii sunt intr-o stransa interdependenta, din care trebuie excluse exagerarile, suprasolicitarea, supranatrenamentul; aceste 'lucruri' merg bine si corect cu o conditie majora:sa fi fost facuta o selectie obiectiva, fara compromisuri,adica copii, tineri Talentati, care executa Riguros programul ['chiulul'] si sunt perfect ascultatori si Disciplinati - cele 3 mari conditii ale oricarei reusite in viata !
