Subject: [Effortless Swimming] Locked Elbow Pull
It's feels good in the beginning.
The water rushes past your hand,
then your arm and then it swiftly
moves past your head and down
your body.

But you've slowed down and
you're missing most of your catch.
Maybe you've experienced it before.
The 'locked elbow pull' is when a
swimmer pulls through with a
straight arm.
The elbow is in the 'locked' position.
There's a small change in technique
I suggest to fix this.
It helps get into the elusive early
vertical forearm position.
