Subject: [Triathlon Swimming] My Favourite Strategy For Swimming In Choppy Conditions
Scanave
In choppy conditions you
can get thrown around easily.
If you're swimming too gently
the waves will determine
where you go.
My favourite strategy for open
water swimming in choppy
conditions is using 'punch
& flow'.
Watch the 'punch & flow' video
It's the best way I know how
to 'own' your swimming
when it's rough out there.
The best open water swimmers do this
