"CAMPIONII DOPINGULUI....!"

este un gest urat si murdar.... sa calomniezi pe cei disparuti [ sper sa nu ma insel, dar acest infam articol, de nici 2 parale, a fost realizat dupa decesul doctorului Ioan Dragan - iar daca chiar mai traia, fiti sigur ca din asta i se trage moartea]

"de cei dusi... numai de bine [ ma refer la bietul Puiu M. care stim cu toii ce bun antrenor a fost dar ...] '.... dar cand apar asemenea aberatii MURDARE [ ma opresc o clipa: inotul presupune o curatenie a corpului, chiar si a sufletului..., cei care au gandit asa in acest penibil moment de publicare a materialului..., nu au fost nicidecum 'curati']

Iata o poveste , 'cu 30 de neveste si un cal sur...', Puiu Mitrofan, de origine greaca, a fost mereu ironic cu mine cand era vb. ds turcaletii mei; dar, viata a facut ca el sa apara antrenor la cel mai umil si inapoiat club, de pe vremea aceea , din Turcia, clubul din orasul de pe granita, EDIRNE... , ei, si acum vine 'miracolul'.... in numai 3-4 luni, clubul ajunge sa castige TOT.... campioni si recorduri, unul dupa altul si duduiala de ziare. Eu care cunosteam marfa inca din anii 1960, cand, la fel, Puiu a scos din maneca o campioana incognito de bras... nu m-am mirat - dar nici apoi nu m-am mirat cand, la scurt timp, Puiu nu a mai fost antrenor la Edirne.

Eu stiu precis, ca turcul, daca-i 'atingi' cumva famelia... esti ca si mort - nu m-am mirat de rapida disparitie a 'romen kometi'

Dece scriu asa ceva - este o rafuiala care o fac inainte de a ma decide sa ma retrag din 'reteau de socializare' numita mahalageste 'face poc'. In acest fel, eu, am pe teava inca cateva cartuse 'antidoping' deoarece consider ca este imfam sa obtii rezultate trisand si sa mai apari ca si 'alba ca zapada'; mai am niste subjecte de acest fel, inca stau sa ma gandesc daca se merita a le da drumul... dar daca tot ma 'extrag' dece n-as face-o ?

Voi, antrenroii tineri sa nu folositi niciodata dopingul pentru a va afirma; folositi stiiiiiiiiiinta cunoasterea, si perseverenta plina de rabdare pentru a reusi... si pt ca de multe ori nu se potrivesc bine 'cheile', nu fiti tristi - 'mergeti mai departe'

Batranul antrenor maghiar Atilla Vertesi, prin anii '60 la noi, avea o vb. ungureasca:"si gaina chioara care da de atatea ori sa prinda ceva... pana la urma tot va prinde bobul de aur...', evident 'no dopping' si inchei:

.... eu, mircea olaru, cu mana pe inima sau de vreti pe Biblie, jur ca nici ca sportiv si nici ca antrenor nu am folosit niciodata acest mijloc mizerabil ca sa-mi ridic statuie in fata primariei....

O sa-mi fie dor de cativa dintre voi, cu care mai schimbam ceva ganduri, o sa-mi fie bine ca nu mai am de citit replici imbecile a unora din lista care avea doar plus de adrenalina si de hartag.

Asa dar, pe 20 Mai 2012, seara [ cand se termina zodia mea, a Taurului]... trag obloanele, feriti-va de mine pana atunci ca sunt in mare fierbere; am 'gloante antidop adevarate'.... pazea !

Nu-i 'o scrisoare pierduta' ....

este o scrisoare 'regasita', sa fiu al naibii de va mint... hihuhohha, adica asta inseamna ca zambesc in felul meu , nu in felul lui facebook care-l conisder un 'joc la osfaid', periculos de hitlerist, mai ales ca este practicat de unu care a avut deaface cu aia....; ciudata e istoria si roata ei !!!.

nu iesi de pe Facebook si posteaza in continuare pentru ca faci foarte nine ceea ce faci, eu am citit tot, nu pentru ca te cunosc ci pentru ca imi place inotul si imi place sa citesc tot ceea ce este legat de inot, chiar daca nu trimit feedback la tot ce postezi apreciez foarte mult ceea ce faci.

acum am simt mai bine dar din FB cred ca tot ies, duca-se pe pustii, mai ales ca-i facut de un ji___ hitlerist .....; auzi sa-mi interzica 30 de zile sa imi aprob noii prieteni care vor sa ma cunoasca, ai mai vazutr o asa aberatie - pai la ce dracu mai se numeste 'retea de socializare', asta este de sorginte pur hitlerista

The Chalkboard allows you to sketch your own drills, with drag and drop sport specific icon libraries and drawing tools. Allowing you to build your own personal library of drills, all saved and stored online. These can then be added to the Clipboard for printing or inclusion in session plans.

The Advanced Session Planner is a fully functional web app. It allows a coach to start from scratch. Used by many level 2 coaches and higher. Simply choose a template from the template library, (templates are currently based on the UKCC session requirements). A coach simply points and clicks where they wish to write. Adding new practice rows and notes boxes as required, with sub headings. The coach can instantly search and insert drills from the library and/or sketch diagrams with the chalkboard. Sessions can be exported directly to PDF for downloading and sharing by email.

The coaches My Stuff (file store) area is where all Session plans and chalkboards are saved. Coaches can build their own folder system to arrange their session plans.

The My Team tools allow coaches to interact within Sportplan. Invite other coaches to join your 'My Team' and then in one click you can Share Sessions and receive comments on them. Much better than simply printing off a session and handing it to a colleague. Sharing sessions online ahead of training allows the recipient to watch the animations and fully understand the session, prior to printing it. Create a whole programme of work and share the folder with the coaches or parents who you wish to deliver it.

Sportplan Answers is where coaches can ask questions and share their knowledge. More powerful than a standard forum, coaches posting answers can easily attach drills, videos, Chalkboard sketches or whole session plans to their answers.
