SPLENDID, PUR ROMANIAN !!!!!

Suppose ...
our Government shall grant each of us around 100,000 USD.

· If we spend this money in hypermarkets, they will arrive in China.
· If we buy gas, will go to the Arabs.
· If buy computers, will arrive in India and Hong Kong.
· If we buy fruits and vegetables, will arrive in Turkey, Spain, Italy, Egypt and Iran.
· If we buy small and economical cars will arrive in Japan or Germany.
· If buying one of the many electronic gadgets, will arrive in Taiwan
... And will not help anything ...... Romanian economy
The only way to keep money at home in Romania, is you spend on hookers tasty Romanian wine, or brandy, ... because they are guaranteed to be local products!
I try to do so!
... But it's hard to convince his wife to do these things only out of patriotism!

and I Mircea .... - Add, if the Government gives me these Roni or 100,000 Euros or Dollars .... I'd put me from working 2-3 jobs ... and so you find that after I paid the retired CASS/healthy insurance..., have to pay many times CASS, how many jobs I .... better still do not get their money back they go, stay home and watch kanal 90 / XXX ... hihuhoha!

SPLENDID,PUR ROMANESC!!!!!

·
Daca cheltuim acesti bani prin hypermarketuri , ei vor ajunge in China .
·
Daca cumparam benzina , vor ajunge la arabi.

·
Daca cumparam calculatoare , vor ajunge in India si Hong Kong .
·
Daca cumparam fructe si legume , vor ajunge in Turcia , Spania , Italia , Egipt sau Iran .
·
Daca cumparam autoturisme mici si economice , vor ajunge in Japonia sau Germania .
·
Daca cumparam unul din multele gadgeturi electronice , vor ajunge in Taiwan

La inot beneficiile sunt limitate, pt. ca muschii nu se uzeaza prea tare;

Baremurile sunt date pe probe cu distante in yarzi si deci va trebui sa aproximam totusi aceste rezultate[ exista o formula care permite calculare timpilor din yarzi in metri...dar sincer sa fiu n-o mai stiu pe unde o mai fi in PC-ul meu ...dar surpriza, Radu mi-a dat si adresa unde pot gasi tabelul de reconversie a performantelor din yarzi in metri si invers..., click aici, ; acest tanar inginer in informatica, stie mai multe ds. inot decat noi toti; 'necazul' sau este ca s-a apucat de acest sport foarte tarziu..., dar nu-i nimic, poate-l conving sa devina antrenor....?!, 'pazea'....];

Aici, apare acel posibil 'scurt-circuit’ in care 'fortarea’ [uneori nedorita, nebanuita] isi spune cuvantul.

deschide aici

... mai ales la inot, eu pledez pentru TALENT... evident daca il ai... poti sa te apuci serios de Antrenament si deci de Pregatirea de perspectiva;

: atingerea maiestriei sportive / national, international

fiecare stagiu are continutul sau: componenta tehnica, componenta biologica, componenta Psy.

NEW LAUNCH to celebrate 10 years of injury solutions in Sports Injury Bulletin...

Sports Medicine Encyclopaedia

If you were faced with an injury you couldn’t explain, or a pain you weren’t able to treat using ‘trusted’ methods, what would you do?

Our brand new 12-volume, 833-page Sports Medicine Encyclopaedia contains the answer to every sports injury dilemma...

Order today and receive a FREE gift worth $2008.50 (no, that’s not a typo!)

Dear Sports Injury Colleague,

Before I tell you about a brand-new resource – launching today – that’s going to transform your ability to treat and rehabilitate sporting injuries, let me quickly set the scene...

Imagine that your client – a 35 year-old competitive distance runner – visits you for the latest round of treatment for a recurring knee injury.

You’re under pressure to get them back out and training again as soon as possible, as they’re gearing up to participate in a forthcoming 10k run.

Much to your (and your client’s) dismay, the injury shows no signs of abating.

None of the ‘conventional’ methods of treatment seem to be working. You’ve tried everything you can possibly think of, but you’re not seeing the results you’d expect.

It seems that no matter what you do, the pain persists and the more likely it is that your client will have to give up all hope of being ready for that race.

But surely, there’s something you’re missing here...

Could there be another cause for the injury that you’ve not considered? Or a new, more effective treatment you’re not yet aware of?

So, where can you go to get the answers you need?

You’re about to find out.

Every day, you’re challenged with getting your clients on the road to recovery. Or even better, stopping them from harming themselves in the first place.

And in the modern game, that means finding solutions that are time-efficient, yet long-lasting. (After all, preventing re-injury is as much a part of sports medicine today as is treating the initial problem itself.)

Until now, you’ve probably ‘stuck by the book’ and relied on what you learned in your professional training, for when you work with athletes.

But after 10 years of publishing Sports Injury Bulletin, I can safely say that the successful management of athletic injuries requires you to have an open mind and keep right up-to-date with the latest advances in sports medicine.

There are faster diagnosis tools. Cutting-edge treatments. More effective recovery strategies. Brand-new prevention techniques.

If you’re not aware of them, then neither you, nor your clients, are taking advantage of the pioneering research that others around the globe are already benefitting from.

This is precisely why – to mark SIB’s 10th anniversary – the experts at Sports Injury Bulletin have created The Sports Medicine Encyclopaedia.

This brand new resource is the definitive reference for sports injury professionals like you, for finding the answers to the problems you face every day when working with injured athletes.

Inside, you will find 12 volumes filled with a wealth of practical information; putting exercises, rehab plans, case studies, research summaries and much more instantly at your disposal.

You will gain an in-depth insight into the treatments top physiologists and sports doctors are using right now to help athletes with a wide range of injury problems, from the merely minor to the truly career-threatening.

Once you’ve secured your copy, you’ll be able to:

  • Assess your clients’ injuries more effectively
  • Utilise breakthrough methods of treatment
  • Manage your clients’ pain while suffering an injury
  • Protect your clients’ bodies from future harm

I guarantee that you won’t be able to find this level of information anywhere else.

And what’s more, this information is worth $567.88 when purchased as separate volumes. I’m not even asking for triple figures today.

When you take me up on this one-time offer right now, you’ll also receive every issue we’ve ever published of Sports Injury Bulletin (that’s 103 issues) as a FREE gift to celebrate our anniversary.

Protect your clients’ bodies
from head to toe

In a nutshell, The Sports Medicine Encyclopaedia covers the complete spectrum of injury management, rehabilitation and prevention.

It is 833 pages of authoritative, cutting-edge information that sheds light on often-undetected injury causes, highlights common misconceptions and presents you with new ways of approaching diagnosis and treatment.

In other words, it’ll bring you right into line with current best practices and thinking.

Each body part (or group of parts) has its own dedicated volume, making it quick and easy for you to get at the answers you need on a particular problem.

As well as outlining the full range of potential injuries you should consider when assessing a patient or client, you’ll also find routes you might not have tried before for treating them, and measures that athletes can take to protect the vulnerable areas of their body.

This is backed up further by a number of case studies that demonstrate how top sports medicine practitioners have successfully administered these treatments to athletes.

With this brand-new resource, you’ll gain instant access to a vault of knowledge on how athletes can injure the following parts of their bodies through sport:

Shoulder
Hip
Groin
Achilles Tendon
Knee
Leg
Back
Hamstring

And in addition to these volumes are those focusing on a broad range of injury-based topics (many of which are often neglected by other products on the market), including:

  • Recovery as a prevention method in training
  • Core stability training for injury-free performance
  • Ways to ensure athletes do not come to harm in the gym
  • Managing pain during injury
  • And much more

Every treatment has been tested and approved by sports scientists, doctors and exercise physiologists, so you can rest assured that these are techniques that really work.

Plus there’s input from surgeons and hospital consultants, to give you a much fuller picture of how any given injury can affect an athlete.

The contributors to this extensive guide are all well-respected practitioners and members of the global sports medicine community, and they include:

  • Fares Haddad BSc MCh (Orth) FRCS (Orth) is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at University College London Hospital and editorial consultant to Sports Injury Bulletin.
  • Chris Mallac has been Head of Sports Med at Bath Rugby and Head Physio at Queensland Reds Super 14. He is currently in private practice in Brisbane, Australia.
  • Scott Smith, an Australian physiotherapist. He works at Albany Creek Sports Injury Clinic in Brisbane, specialising in running and golf injuries. He is currently working with Australian Rules football teams in Brisbane.
  • Elizabeth Ashby is a clinical and research fellow at UCL Hospital with a special interest in outcome studies.
  • Ulrik Larsen is an APA sports physiotherapist, Practice Principal with Optima Sports Medicine in Brisbane, Australia and the founder of “Rehab Trainer”.
  • Andrew Hamilton BSc, MRSC, trained as a chemist and is consultant to the fitness industry and an experienced science writer. He is also the Editor of Peak Performance.
  • Australian-born Matt Lancaster relocated to the United Kingdom in 2000 and is currently employed by the English Institute of Sport as lead physiotherapist for the London region.
  • Stephen Robson has worked in his own private practice and sports injury clinic in Northumberland for ten years. He writes and lectures on pain and has been a physiotherapist to the British Olympic squad and Royal Yachting Association for seven years.
  • Raphael Brandon MSc is a sports conditioning and fitness specialist, working as the London region strength and conditioning coach for the English Institute of Sport.
  • Sean Fyfe is a physiotherapist, tennis coach and director of Tennis Fitness Physio, a Queensland based company specialising in sports medicine, elite tennis player development, strength and conditioning, and childhood motor learning programmes.

The Sports Medicine Encyclopaedia is a resource that you’ll refer to continually in your day-to-day practice, as you are asked to assist athletes in overcoming many different injuries.

There’s no doubt that this will make your job as an injury professional easier. Keep it at your side, and you’ll keep your clients in winning form.

Remember: you receive your FREE anniversary gift of every issue of SIB (worth $2008.50) when you place your order today.

Best wishes,

Jonathan Pye

Proven solutions right at your fingertips

For accurate and approved assistance on helping athletes get back from the sidelines and enhance their overall performance, this is the only guide you need to consult.

This all-in-one package outlines the most common injuries you’re likely to see in your work as a sports injury professional, and can be used to create an action plan that’s specific to your client’s needs – whether it’s eliminating a weakness to stave off injury, or trying a new technique to improve an existing condition.

Let’s take a look at what you’ll discover in each of the 12 volumes:

VOLUME I:
SHOULDER INJURIES – PREVENTION & TREATMENT

  • Uncover the 5 main ingredients for keeping shoulders injury-free (hint: balance is key).
  • How a length of flat rubber and 3 simple exercises can prevent shoulder pain.
  • Learn why shoulders go wrong – and the latest techniques being used by surgeons to repair serious damage.

VOLUME II:
HIP AND GROIN INJURIES – PREVENTION & TREATMENT

  • The 2-week rehab programme that eliminates hamstring injuries and actually improves running style and posture.
  • An unusual – but highly effective – technique for managing problems with deep hip muscles (clue: it involves a tool normally used to sweep away dust).
  • Are you treating groin injuries effectively? Some of these methods might surprise you.

VOLUME III:
KNEE PAIN – PREVENTION & TREATMENT

  • The ligament you can’t afford to overlook when assessing knee pain (you might be missing the real source of the problem).
  • Stop high-risk female athletes from developing anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries with this quick test and proven conditioning programme.
  • Discover a promising new ACL surgical repair – and more that are just over the horizon.

VOLUME IV:
ACHILLES TENDINITIS – PREVENTION & TREATMENT

  • Use these exercises with your client to make their Achilles tendons as strong as spun steel (clue: you need to target the muscles in the ankle).
  • Recovery for runners: increase the Achilles’ ability to cope with the forces placed on it by using this highly-targeted plan.
  • Stop your clients from spraining their ankles! Get them to stand on this ‘tool’ whilst exercising.

VOLUME V:
LOWER BODY INJURIES

  • Catch hip muscle imbalances before they develop into injuries – here are 2 tests that’ll alert you to a problem.
  • Posterior thigh pain – are you considering the full range of diagnoses? There could be more than one present. Use this checklist when assessing symptoms.
  • Don’t assume that groin pain starts in the groin! This thought-provoking case study will prompt you to look closer at what’s going on.

VOLUME VI:
CORE STABILITY – FOR INJURY-FREE PERFORMANCE

  • Is your client’s day job putting them at risk of injury? Suggest these practical measures and exercises to build and maintain flexibility.
  • The ultimate core training toolkit: pick from 10 ready-made menus for maximising improvements in strength, as well as targeting all the right muscles.
  • Discover the Swiss Ball exercises that are superior for improving trunk strength – and those that are potentially dangerous.

VOLUME VII:
RECOVERY – THE MAGIC INGREDIENT OF ANY TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Minimise the risk of injury and illness by implementing this 4-level approach to recovery in your client’s training.
  • The white stuff: a ‘secret’ household alternative to high-price recovery drinks that really works (Hint: most athletes already have it in their refrigerators).
  • Speed recovery and maximise muscle growth with this cheap and safe amino acid supplement - it could be the ‘new creatine’ for athletes.

VOLUME VIII:
RUNNING INJURIES – PREVENTION & TREATMENT

  • The vital signs you must check to distinguish a mild ankle sprain from one that could end an athlete’s career.
  • Try this revolutionary, new running technique with clients and they’ll be able to run faster, and further than ever – without injury.
  • The quick and easy test that indicates the real cause of ‘footballer’s leg’ (hint: you should be focusing on your client’s core).

VOLUME IX:
MANAGING PAIN IN SPORT

  • Why your client’s attitude to pain might be harming them – and the assessment that can reveal the heart of the problem.
  • Use this ‘graded approach’ to rehabilitation and you can actually speed up recovery from pain and injury.
  • Fight inflammation naturally using this common daily supplement - research shows that it’s at least as effective in reducing pain as ibuprofen!

VOLUME X:
STRETCHING TO AVOID INJURY

  • At last! The truth about stretching: how to get the technique right and why stretching at certain times of the day can be more beneficial.
  • Avoid stretching if your client has one of these injuries – it could actually make it worse!
  • The dynamic alternative to stretching - 15 exercises for warming up that are more focused and effective for preparing and protecting the body.

VOLUME XI:
IN THE GYM AND INJURED

  • Are your clients exercising correctly? Safeguard them from harm by using this guide to check and perfect their technique.
  • Uncover the injuries your clients could be unknowingly inflicting on themselves during gym sessions – and then stop them.
  • Get suggestions for alternative exercises that work just as well as standard ones – but with a reduced injury risk.

VOLUME XII:
THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO PREVENTING AND TREATING INJURY

  • Learn when you can train through injury – and the right way to do it (it’s a ground-breaking rehab approach no-one should overlook).
  • Is ankle taping a waste of time? This method is just as effective, costs less and reduces the dermatological effects of regular taping.
  • Start using the injury-prevention method that can also increase the efficiency of some sporting movements by up to 10%.
