 Two Swimmers Used This Minor Change To Swim Quicker

In Australia there was an ad for taco shells. (Stay with me, it relates to swimming!)

A family is standing around a dining table, trying to figure out how to make a taco stay upright.

The father tries a toothpick on either side of the shell for balance without much success.

After some thinking, his son asks the obvious question..."What if it had a flat bottom?"

That 'aha' moment is what I hope you'll get from this week's video.

It's about how two swimmers are using this small change to their stroke to swim faster, and how you can too.
