If you're training regularly at a high intensity 
your body needs the right fuel to repair itself.
 
 I'm testing the results of including protein and 
amino acid supplements into my diet. After five 
weeks the results on my swimming have been 
interesting.
 
The reason for using protein and amino acids is to:
  • Increase lean muscle strength (build strength without looking like a body builder)
  • Sustain a higher intensity workout for longer (better endurance)
  • Faster recovery so you perform better at your next session
