LIMA, Peru. THE FINA World Junior Championships came to a close with another meet-record onslaught.
USA's Jacob Pebley led three swimmers under the meet record in the men's 200 back with a winning 1:58.73. That time cleared the 1:59.67 set by Kurt Basset in 2008.
