What apprentices can do for you

What apprentices can do for you

IoS apprenticeships provide leisure employers with enthusiastic and educated individuals that can quickly become key members of the team.
Not only can taking on an apprentice lower your facility's running costs, our apprenticeships can make your organisation more productive by addressing skills gaps and harnessing the enthusiasm and energy of fresh new talent. Plus there are grants available to support smaller businesses.
The IoS is England's largest provider of apprenticeships and training for aquatics. It was appointed a Centre of Excellence by government; working with employers to deliver the essential training and qualifications needed to produce a high quality workforce
As one of the largest trainers of leisure professionals in England, the IoS is proud to equip our apprentices with all the practical skills, qualifications and knowledge that organisations need to remain effective, productive and competitive.

Ask your teachers to log onto the IoS online to take 'An introduction to Disability Swimming' online for free. This CPD covers best practice to support the inclusion of disabled people in swimming.
