Dear mircea,
I want you to stop for a moment and try this simple breathing exercise.
Step 1: Begin by exhaling completely as you count to 5. Force out every drop.
Step 2: Inhale deeply for at least a slow count of 4. Fill your lungs until you can’t inhale any more.
Step 3: Hold your breath for at least a slow count of 7.
Step 4: Now exhale for at least a slow count of 8. Empty your lungs fully, then force out any remaining air.
Now, how do you feel?
I learned this breathing exercise in southern India eight years ago and I’ve been doing it ever since. It not only makes me calmer, but it helps my body heal itself. Before I started it, I used to have an annoying cough in the morning. Now it’s gone.
I’ve always known the mind-body connection is strong. You can use it to heal yourself using nothing more than your own energy. If you practice this, you can drop your pulse rate, lower your blood pressure, and calm your mind.
The Chinese masters knew all about this. Their ancient healing technique called Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung”) is an easy-to-follow combination of controlled breathing, focused concentration, and simple movement.
You may be skeptical about things that claim to “balance your energy” – or techniques that create a healing effect using nothing but your breath and a few strange-looking movements. And I wouldn’t blame you for thinking it’s an empty promise…
But after several years of experimenting, I know there’s something to it. In fact, I can actually feel that there’s something to it.
A while back, I discovered a teacher who lives in Minnesota – his name is Chunyi Lin and he’s the creator of Spring Forest Qigong. Chunyi is from China, and he teaches the ancient styles that have been passed down from teacher to student for over 5,000 years. He teaches Qigong in a way that absolutely everyone can do… and can benefit from.
What’s more, he’s working with doctors from the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic. Turns out, his style of Qigong is helping people overcome physical, mental, and emotional issues – even reversing disease.
The list of conditions being treated with Spring Forest Qigong is too long to mention here, but a few include:
  • Migraines, sinus problems, and allergies
  • Fat loss
  • Diabetes
  • Heart disease
  • Cancers
  • Strokes
  • Digestion
  • Hearing and Vision
Here’s how Spring Forest Qigong works: You repeat a series of simple movements while breathing calmly and deeply. You use your imagination to guide your breath into the major energy points in your body.
When you begin practicing Qigong, you’ll notice extra energy right away.
At the end of the day, Spring Forest Qigong is a great tool for invigorating your body and letting go of stress and anxiety.
It has a long track record and is simple to learn and do. All you have to do is pop in the DVD and follow along.

I seldom leave a response, however i did a few searching and wound up here "Doctore, parca si inotul este recomandat pentru ......".

And I actually do have 2 questions for you if you
do not mind. Could it be simply me or does it
look like some of the remarks look as if they are coming from brain dead folks?

:-P And, if you are posting on additional
online sites, I would like to keep up with anything new you have to post.
Could you make a list of all of all your community pages
like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?
